I've only purchased one watch from Joma (a Glycine). The manufacturer's warranty card was not included with the "papers". I did get a Jomashop warranty card. My understanding is that this is not uncommon, if not typical, of grey market purchases.

Jomashop is an odd grey dealer that doesn't give you the Rolex warranty card on a brand new watch so you can't have it serviced by Rolex. That's a dealbreaker. Every other grey dealer, different story, they give you the full 5 year Rolex warranty intact. You can ABSOLUTLY send a watch purchased from Jomashop to Rolex for service. However, it will be at your cost. They will NOT service it under warranty. Because Jomashop will not provide you with a warranty card, Rolex .
When they said it came with warranty card did they say the official Rolex card? Because Joma does send you a Joma warranty card with a Joma warranty.
