The Astonishing Moment of Life. Inspired by the Surrealist movement and the desire to find magic and wonder in the familiar and everyday life, this project features shapes and emblematic Hermès accessories that interact to form two subtly choreographed installations.
The Illusionniste is a project design at ECAL for the object department of Hermès. Many thanks to Sabine Marcelis for her great advice during this project. The Illusionniste is playing with the lines and the perception. Classic mirror from the front, it is revealed by changing angle.Phi [Φ] - yosukeshimano. Hermès × ecal. Region : France. Year : 2021. Conceptual Model. Mirrors reflect the world with light as it is. They look like they have everything, but they can also be seen as empty objects with no will. This is why I have called this mirror Phi [Φ] (group of .Collaboration with Hermès 2021. Suite à une collaboration avec Hermès (Suisse), les étudiants du Master of Advanced Studies in Design for Luxury and Craftsmanship de l’ECAL/Ecole cantonale d’art de Lausanne ont développé des projets de vitrines pour les magasins genevois et zurichois d’Hermès (à découvrir in situ jusqu'au mois de novembre). Sketches Of Animals.Erosion Metamorphosis. During mi “Master of Advanced Studies in Design for Luxury and Craftsmanship” in l’Ecal. I did a shelve collection for the showcase of Hermes. The concept was do a showcase playing with the metamorphosis. I reinterpret this concept with the natural erosion.
