As it has a stainless caseback I'd say it's gold filled (plated), the bracelet would be the same. The hands may be Omega - but not for this watch. Cosmics are a bit "unusual" to work on. There are special tools to open the case (the correct number of the tool is marked on the caseback) or one needs to use compressed air (through the stem) to open the frontloader case. Currently looking at this Omega Seamaster Cosmic 2000. Although I really like the watch, I'm not 100% sure it is a genuine Omega. I have seen models with the same reference number with a squared date window as opposed to this rounded off one.
